I’ve loved makeup since I was in 3rd grade. I remember playing around with my mom’s makeup when she would be at work; I had no clue what wand belonged to what, what shades belonged where, but I ran with it.
At the age of 32, my passion for makeup has only grown and with that growth so has my skills. It wasn’t until recently I knew I had to turn this love for makeup into something bigger, I had to take my passion for makeup to the next level. With the support and encouragement from all my friends and family, I decided to turn it into a business.
I never thought in a million years I would be okay standing for hours doing makeup from one person to the next, with my feet hurting and my back aching at the end of the day, the love hasn’t changed. When I do makeup, it’s more than art, it’s more than making someone’s day special, it’s a zone. I enter a world I’m familiar with, a zone where it’s as if nothing else exists but my brushes and my client’s face.
I will never consider myself the best because being the best means there is no more room to grow and become better so all I can give my clients is nothing but great. With the love and support of all my friends and family, I will become greater.
